Interviews with elders in eastern Canadian arctic show longer days, glaciers that have disappeared, and changed weather patterns. The elders emphasize the importance of Inuit resilience in the face of change. Legislator Johnny Ellis plans to introduce legislation that will extend tax credits for film production in Alaska.
