Anchorage, AK – A federal judged will hear arguments on the listing of polar bears with environmental groups saying they should be listed as "endangered," while the state of Alaska bitterly opposes any listing. Alaska Native men have highest rate of death from heart disease of any ethnic group. The Alaska Film Office has promised 34.5 million dollars, and given out 4.8 million, in tax credits to film and TV producers who work in Alaska.
