Anchorage, AK – The Legislature adjourned just after midnight Sunday night, after adopting an operating and capital budget and dozens of bills... but without adopting some the Governor considers essential. Gov. Sean Parnell is calling a special session to begin Wednesday for Legislators to work on the state's oil tax structure, an instate-gas pipeline, and human trafficking. Legislators voted for a total of $12 billion for operating and capital budgets.
