Anchorage, AK – The 1978 Indian Child Welfare Act was passed to reduce the number of Indian children raised out of home, but Alaska is among top five states with disproportionate numbers. FBI's investigation of Rep. Don Young over links to two VECO officials convicted of bribery is over, but a watchdog organization is suing to see the results.
