Anchorage, AK – The Alaska Supreme Court has rejected the Alaska Redistricting Board's redistricting plan again. FBI documents describe allegations that Rep. Don Young used campaign funds for personal expenses. The FBI decided it didn't have enough evidence to convict and dropped the investigation in 2010. The village of Minto, northwest of Fairbanks, is low on water due to a leaky water main. An Athabascan Elder, one of few fluent in Holiachuk Athabascan, has passed away. Wilson "Tiny" Deacon was 86.
