Juneau, AK – The State Senate has released a $2.6 capital budget. Legislators are near the end of a 90-session limit set by voter initiative in 2008, which is in conflict with the State Constitutional limit of 121 days. Issues still on the table include oil taxes, a possible in-state gas pipeline from the North Slope to southcentral Alaska. Food security is a concern in rural Alaska
