  In today's Our Community segment, Danny Preston speaks with the Acapella group " The Philharmonic". The group sang the infamous song "Happy" that is currently playing all over the radio. Tonight at the UAA's Wendy's Williamson auditorium at 7:30 PM, there will be the Acapella Festival! Tickets are $10 at the door for UAA students, $20 at the door for UAA staff, faculty, and alumni, & youth (under 17), and $25 at the door for general public. Danny Preston
Hailing originally from the Puget Sound region of Washington State, Danny Preston has lived in Alaska for more than 40 years. His career in radio began in 1991, and since 2004 he has hosted KNBA’s Morning Line program. He is also the station’s music director.
