KNBA keeping you in tuned with Our Community! In today's segment, Danny Preston speaks with Senior Director of Communications at United Way, Laura Brown! Today, May 21st, is officially Red Nose day! It is a fundraising event for eradicating child poverty. 2015 marks the first year of the event, but it originally started in the UK and has raised over a billion dollars toward ending child poverty. The way to activley participate in Red Nose Day is by first obtaining a red nose. Then take a photo or selfie of yourself and upload it to social media. It's that easy. Make sure to use the hash tag #RedNoseANC when uploading your photo! Tonight there will be a viewing party at the Downtown Hard Rock Cafe which includes a showing of the Red Nose Day program on NBC.
