Anchorage, AK – Legislators say it isn't helping that Governor Sean Parnell sent them a letter saying the Senate is at fault for an impasse over budgets. A PBS Frontline documentary "The Silence" depicts widespread sexual abuse of Yup'ik children in western Alaska. The Denali Commission, which proives utilities, incrastructure and economoic support to rural villages, may lose $15 million.
