Anchorage, AK – Forty Alaskan employees offer apprenticeships in more than 90 professions, including airframe powerplant operator, dental assistant, certified nurse assistant, dispensing optician, and medical assistant. Some of the jobs are projected to increase dramatically in coming years. The state's apprenticeship program leads to certification that is recognized in other states.
